Student councils make a decisive contribution to life on campus and the functioning of the university. Zenteraler Fachschaftenrat (ZeFaR) coordinates and supports this work, provides the structural and financial basis for the student representatives and thus ensures their ability to work. The tasks of ZeFaR include support for first semester students, such as the popular Ersti weekends, concrete study-related assistance such as advice on study regulations, registration and examination procedures, as well as support in organizing student council parties, lecture series and other fringe events. Each student council sends a member of its student council to the committee, which meets publicly every Wednesday.
