The Department of Human Resources and Legal Affairs, together with its staff, is responsible for providing service-oriented and legally sound support for all employment relationships at JGU. In addition to personnel management, individual staff development also plays a key role. We also advise the university’s executive board and organizational units on legal matters and are centrally in charge of representing JGU in court.
